Located 1/2 mile up the Whistle Road in the village of North Head. A tree-lined lane leads you to the Inn and Cottages overlooking Whale Cove and Fish Head.

Originally built in 1816, the Main House has been renovated to combine the rustic charm of hand-hewn beams and the modern conveniences of private baths and electric heat.

Antique Shaker furniture, an extensive library, and a large fireplace grace the shared livingroom.

The Inn includes three bedrooms--named after long-time Whale Cove Guests (Miss Eloise Derby's Room, Miss Henrietta Quigley's Room, and Sally's Attic)--with private bath and private entrance, and offer water accommodations from two to three guests in each.

Our Cottages
Orchardside, Coopershop, and the Bungalow--offer a variety of accommodations, from one to four bedrooms, fireplaces, private decks, and kitchens!

Dining at the Inn
Chef-owner Laura Buckley offers a variety of fresh seasonal menu choices utilizing the bounty of local sea and land products. Ms. Buckley was trained in Toronto and has worked across Canada. Vegetarian and Dietary concerns will be addressed.

Don't feel like cooking? Looking for a tasty lunch to go? Come and choose from our fresh daily selections of soups, salads, entrees and desserts. Vegetarian dishes, dressings and sauces also available.

Island Cruises

Join us aboard Island Cruises as we search the coastal waters of the Bay of Fundy for Minke, Finback, Humpback, and Northern Right Whales.

We will also look for eagles, seals, porpoises, and various types of marine birds as we cruise through the many small islands along the way.
